REFUND POLICY
The following refund policy applies strictly to all credit card transactions using our online registration payment system.
The credit card holder has a maximum of 96 hours from the original payment to request a refund except in the situation where the individual has recieved the benefit of participation in our programs.
The request must be sent via certified mail to our club's mailing address. The mailing must be postmarked and recieved no later than 96 hours after the original payment.
The refund will be granted in the form of a credit on you credit card. No check or cash will be issued.
Any checks or cash submitted are non-refundable since they do not involve an online payment transaction.
PAYMENT SECURITY
We have installed procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online, in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.
Your information is transmitted on services located in the United States, and your data and your personal information is protected against unauthorized access and disclosure.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
To participate in any of the club programs, you will need to register. If the participant is a child, a parent or guardian will need to register them.
To register you will need to provide personal information such as name, address, contact information and specific criteria (e.g., age or gender) that is established for each program.
You will also be asked to provide payment information such as credit card numbers. Payment information is used only to bill you for the membership dues for the programs or other items
that you specifically request.
OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT
All of the information we collect, both what you tell us and what we collect through the use of cookies, is used to customize our services and to allow our
club representatives to contact you when necessary. We release personally identifying information you have provided to process a request for membership dues for a program or other items.
We will also disclose personal information about an individual user if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary
to comply with an applicable law or valid legal process. We will use contact information that you provide to send you information about the Club or contact information for your childs team when
applicable.
DATA SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.

Our website contains links to partners, advertisers and third party Internet sites and services that may collect data in connection with registrations, promotions, e-commerce, etc.
